Today we visited Elveden just with the intention of picking up some cheese, little did we know we were entering a winter wonderland.
There were so many Christmas trees ready to be picked up and taken home. All shapes and sizes!
Loads of people were bustling around outside finding the perfect tree for their home.
Then the sweetest Newfoundland dogs towed the trees on carts to your car. We briefly considered getting a second tree!
The main shop, courtyard and courtyard shops were all buzzing
We obviously ended up buying more than just one cheese…
There was a vintage fairground with the most marvellous carousel
We took in the festive atmosphere with a (sadly disappointing) cheap hot chocolate.
All in all a very jolly trip out!
Omg, the dogs, how cute. X
ReplyDeleteLook at those dogs! And their coats! <3

ReplyDeleteCheese, and a carousel - lovely! xxx
ReplyDeleteSaw this on the local news. A couple of years ago the Newfies were at Cromer doing a life saving display - they're really good swimmers and swim out to save drowning people = amazing!
