Jumper – Internacionale, blouse and skirt – via charity shops, boots – Yull, tights – Primark, necklace H&M, bangles - gift
Some rare sunshine burning out my pictures, sigh. This pleated polka dot skirt has been pending some attention since I bought it several months ago. I thought I would do a little bit of a DIY to make it more current by taking it up at the front creating a dipped hem skirt. Not surprisingly I haven’t got round to it. Last weekend I saw it hanging up and felt like wearing it as it is. The breeze made it look rather floaty and frivolous, perfect with the peachy jumper.
On Sunday I completed my most successful run to date and I have to say I’m rather pleased with myself! It was a princely 3miles/5km and I ran the whole bally way round (barring a couple of vehicle avoidance verge lingerings) in a respectable-to-me 26 minutes 49 seconds. Who would have thought?! It was all on tarmac which was much easier than grass, contrary to my expectations although I do have the start of a small blister. A trophy indeed.
Oh, so cool! I love it!
